There are two very distinct faces to the sleeping giant of Underwood. Once merely farmland surrounded by weatherboard and brick Housing Commission homes, Underwood has since undergone a metamorphism and now boasts some of Logan’s flashest new developments. Affordable new housing is the main drawcard that attracts people to the suburb and homes in the new estates can be best described as modern and impressive.

Demographics have changed and this has had an upwards impact on values. An interesting mix of people now call this area home. They range from migrants to young families and small business owners.
